Browne Jacobson Moves to New 9,500 sq ft Office in One Central Square, Cardiff
Browne Jacobson has relocated to a new 9,500 sq ft office on the fourth floor of One Central Square in Cardiff, signing a 10-year lease. This move marks a significant step in the firm's growth, following a record £137m turnover in 2024/25, a 16% rise from the previous year.
The firm will create two new front of house positions and plans to collaborate with local suppliers. The Cardiff office, co-founded by Partner Tim Edds, aims to deepen relationships with existing clients and expand into new sectors.
Key appointments include corporate partners and a legal director in the construction team. The firm has advised on notable projects such as the Celtic Freeport and Morlais tidal energy scheme, and has recently been reappointed to the Welsh Government's legal services panel. Additionally, Browne Jacobson is sponsoring the St David's Day Dinner on 5 March at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel.
