Bruntwood SciTech plans a £17 million transformation of Manchester One, located in Manchester's Innovation Quarter. This includes a four-storey extension and full refurbishment of the existing 21-storey tower, increasing total space to 160,000 sq ft.

The project aims to modernize workspaces while honoring the building's 1960s design. Key features include a landscaped rooftop terrace, improved amenities, and enhanced sustainability through heat pump systems and green spaces. The renovation is scheduled for completion in early 2028, in collaboration with Bridge Architects and Cubicworks.
