BSP has announced the addition of senior leaders from J.P. Morgan and DartPoints to enhance its advisory capacity in response to a 77% revenue increase in 2025. The firm aims to meet growing client demand for technical due diligence in Europe and from global data center investors in 2026.

In 2025, BSP completed 33 technical due diligence engagements, including notable transactions such as Ara Partners' acquisition of Centric Fiber, Zzoomm and FullFibre's merger in the UK, and T-Mobile and KKR's acquisition of Metronet. The firm continues to focus on U.S. fiber networks while preparing for higher demand in Europe.
