BTC Digital Completes Georgia Infrastructure, Transforms into AI Computing Platform
BTC Digital Ltd. has completed its 10 MW computing infrastructure project in Georgia, with operations expected to commence in the first half of 2026. The company is transitioning into an AI computing infrastructure platform, leveraging low-cost power and modular designs to meet growing AI demand.

BTC Digital Ltd. has finalized its 10 MW computing infrastructure project in Georgia, set to begin operations in H1 2026. This initiative is part of a strategic shift towards AI computing, with plans for a phased development of AI computing centers, initially deploying 5 MW and expanding to 25 MW based on demand and financing.
This transition capitalizes on low-cost power resources in the southeastern U.S. and aims to address rising needs for AI computing capacity. Concurrently, Vertiv has acquired BMarko Structures LLC to enhance its infrastructure capabilities for AI, with a focus on speed and customization.
The integration will allow Vertiv to improve supply chain efficiency and respond to the growing complexity of infrastructure demands. The construction costs for a major AI factory project are projected to reach nearly $3 billion, emphasizing the significant investment required for AI-related facilities.
