Buan County's 8th Elected Term Pledge Implementation Progress Report Shows 87.5% Compliance
Buan County's Governor Kwon Ik-hyun announced that the implementation of the 8th elected term pledges is progressing well, with an 87.5% completion rate confirmed by the Promise Fulfillment Evaluation Team. Out of 80 assessed projects, 70 are completed or ongoing, while discussions highlighted six pledges needing revision and emphasized the importance of continuing commitments, particularly for initiatives like the Youth Happiness UP and the hydrogen industry platform. The county aims to uphold these pledges through 2026.

Buan County's Governor Kwon Ik-hyun reported that the 8th elected term pledges are progressing well, with an evaluation by the Promise Fulfillment Evaluation Team confirming an 87.5% completion rate. On December 24, the team assessed 80 detailed pledge projects, finding that 70 are completed or ongoing, 8 are progressing normally, and 2 are partially progressing.
The session included participation from 50 attendees, including team members and public officials, focusing on the implementation performance and future plans. Discussions also addressed six pledges needing revision and 32 currently being implemented.
The evaluation team emphasized the importance of continuing to uphold the pledges, particularly projects like the Youth Happiness UP initiative and the hydrogen industry platform. Buan County aims to maintain its commitment to these pledges through 2026.
