Bullhead City, Arizona Initiates Multiple Infrastructure Projects Starting February 2, 2026
Bullhead City, Arizona, will undertake several infrastructure projects during the week of February 2, 2026. McCormick Construction will construct a new southbound right-turn lane on Highway 95 for the City Centre development.
Street Maintenance crews will slurry seal select streets as part of the 2025-2026 City Street Maintenance Program. Utilities contractors will perform asphalt and concrete repairs following recent water line work.
Precise Builders is remodeling the former Mohave Valley Daily News building into the Bullhead Animal Resource Center, expected to open in late winter/early spring. Kay Constructors LLC is building new facilities at the Section 10 wastewater treatment plant to enhance water reclamation.
New fire hydrants will be installed throughout the city, possibly causing temporary outages. Additional projects include a concrete pad at Rotary Park, clarifier rehabilitation, and well repairs. Traffic disruptions and road closures are expected during various project phases.
