BVG India Secures O&M Contract for Indore's Multimodal Bus Terminal
BVG India Limited has been awarded a long-term Operations and Maintenance concession for the Indore ISBT, which is set to serve over 50,000 passengers daily. This initiative reflects India's commitment to sustainable and integrated public transport systems, enhancing connectivity and passenger experience across the region.

BVG India Limited will operate and maintain the Indore Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) under a long-term concession, serving over 50,000-55,000 passengers daily. The terminal spans 5.85 hectares and accommodates around 1,500 buses, acting as a critical transport hub connecting Madhya Pradesh with neighboring states.
Key features include integration with metro and rail systems, a dedicated Foot Over Bridge for metro access, and advanced digital platforms for operational management. Sustainability is prioritized through solar energy, sewage recycling, and waste management.
BVG's strategy also prepares for future events, ensuring robust crowd management and operational readiness. This project underscores the shift towards smart, sustainable public transport infrastructure in India.
