C2i Semiconductors Raises $15 Million for AI Power Management Solutions Led by Peak XV Partners
C2i Semiconductors, founded in 2024 by former Texas Instruments executives, has raised $15 million led by Peak XV Partners. The startup focuses on power management solutions for AI data centers with its 'grid-to-core' architecture, aiming to reduce energy loss and improve GPU performance. Following a Series A funding of $4 million in November 2024, C2i plans to expedite product development, establishing a U.S. office for customer engagement and a team in Taiwan for engineering support.

The startup had previously secured $4 million in November 2024 and plans to expedite product development with its first chips scheduled for tape-out in April 2026. C2i is engaging with enterprise server customers for next-generation solutions and intends to establish a U.S. office and a team in Taiwan to enhance its global presence.
