Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP has expanded its London office by hiring partners Jeremy Duffy and Lisa Seifman. Duffy will lead the European Leveraged Finance practice, and Seifman will head the Real Estate Finance practice.

They will also co-chair the Digital Infrastructure Finance practice. Both partners bring extensive experience in advising investment banks and financial institutions on leveraged finance and real estate finance in Europe, with a focus on data center financings.

This strategic addition aims to strengthen Cahill's financing practice in Europe, aligning it with the firm's established U.S. finance operations. The firm seeks to enhance its capabilities for complex European and cross-border transactions.
