CALF Expands Fiber Network and Data Center Projects in Neuquén
CALF is enhancing its connectivity in Neuquén by deploying 800 kilometers of fiber optic infrastructure, benefiting approximately 80,000 homes. The cooperative is also launching new business units, including CalfPay and Calf Infra, while planning a new trunk line and a Tier III data center to support the region's rapid urban growth and infrastructure needs.

CALF is advancing its connectivity initiatives in Neuquén, having deployed 800 kilometers of fiber optic infrastructure, serving about 80,000 homes. The cooperative is modernizing its services and expanding into new business areas, highlighted by the creation of CalfPay, Calf Infra, Calf Renova, and other units.
Future plans include a new trunk line between Neuquén and Añelo and a 6,600-kilometer provincial fiber optic network. A Tier III data center is also planned for the technological hub. Neuquén's rapid urban growth presents challenges, with 30 families relocating weekly, necessitating improved infrastructure and services.
