CaoCao Inc. aims to expand its Robotaxi services to 100 cities globally and achieve a gross transaction value of RMB 100 billion within the next decade. The company launched the Green Intelligent Mobility Hub in Hangzhou, which includes automated battery swapping, self-cleaning services, and intelligent dispatching.

The hubs will support eVTOL aircraft with reserved landing interfaces and charging infrastructure. On December 3, 2025, CaoCao signed a strategic partnership with Qianli Intelligent Driving to enhance collaboration in Robotaxi services and accelerate the adoption of autonomous driving technologies. This strategy provides a model for green urban transportation.
