Carabobo Launches 'Second Hand with Purpose' Program to Promote Circular Economy
The Carabobo government has launched the 'Second Hand with Purpose' program to promote circular economy and environmental conservation through the reuse of clothing. Announced by Nancy de Lacava, the initiative, part of the Sustainable Carabobo program, aims to have a positive impact across the state's 14 municipalities. Governor Rafael Lacava initiated the program in September 2025 to enhance economic growth and strengthen environmental protection by utilizing solid waste.
