Carabobo to Establish Three Solid Waste Processing Plants
Three solid waste processing facilities are planned for Guacara, Juan José Mora, and Bejuma in Carabobo. This initiative aims to enhance waste management and promote a circular economy within the region.

Carabobo will implement three solid waste processing plants in Guacara, Juan José Mora, and Bejuma, contributing to the Sustainable Carabobo program. The first facility, located in Guacara, will process over 10,000 tons of waste and serve nine municipalities.
The initiative reflects the administration's commitment to improving waste management by recovering neglected landfills and implementing leachate control. The project aligns with the Great Mission Mother Earth Venezuela and the sixth pillar of the Homeland Plan. Potential benefits include enhanced community services and promotion of the circular economy, which may mitigate environmental impacts.
