Carbice Partners with DarkNX for Enhanced AI Data Center Performance and Sustainability
Carbice has formed a strategic partnership with DarkNX to enhance the reliability and performance of over 300MW of AI data centers. Carbice will provide system-level solutions and expertise in data center design, leveraging its Carbice Lab for thermal interface reliability. The collaboration aims to reduce energy consumption by nearly 30 GWh over five years, preventing approximately 10,500 metric tons of CO₂ emissions. This partnership will enhance long-term performance and reliability, benefiting DarkNX's AI infrastructure projects.

Carbice has partnered with DarkNX to improve performance and sustainability in AI data centers. As a system-level solutions provider, Carbice will utilize its expertise and the Carbice Lab to support DarkNX's 300MW data center campus in Ontario, Canada.
The partnership aims to prevent nearly 30 GWh of electricity consumption over five years and reduce lifecycle emissions by approximately 10,500 metric tons of CO₂. Carbice will supply advanced cooling technologies and interface materials to enhance reliability and extend the life of critical assets. The collaboration also addresses power delivery challenges, aiming to reduce operational costs and improve overall data center performance.
