Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. has acquired 400,000 common shares from BRS Resources Ltd. under an agreement dated December 15, 2025. This acquisition strengthens Cariboo Rose's portfolio and positions it to benefit from ongoing developments at BRS's Cowtrail copper-gold project in British Columbia.

BRS reported a mineralized trend from drilling in 2025, with plans to explore additional targets in 2026. Cariboo Rose will continue to monitor progress at Cowtrail and provide updates as necessary.
