Carlin Gold Corporation has successfully closed a private placement raising $2.16 million to fund exploration in Nevada. Senior advisor Cal Everett has increased his holdings, now owning 6.9% of the company.

Carlin Gold Corporation raised $2,160,550 through a private placement of 7,201,834 units, priced at $0.30 each. The funds will be allocated for exploration and general working capital, with the company holding approximately $2.8 million in cash and $2 million in equity stakes in Snowline Gold Corp. and Fireweed Metals Ltd.
Senior advisor Cal Everett acquired 966,667 units, increasing his share to approximately 6.9% undiluted and 13.2% partially diluted.
