Casa Grande Mixed-Use Project Approved Following Rezoning Adjustments
Arizona Land Consulting received City Council approval for a mixed-use development in Casa Grande, shifting from prior residential plans. The project covers 273 acres and aims for a blend of commercial and light industrial uses along Interstate 10.

The Casa Grande City Council approved a zoning change for a 273-acre site at Interstate 10 and Florence Boulevard for mixed-use development. This decision, made during the April 6 meeting, allows for commercial and light industrial activities, moving away from earlier proposals for residential or data center developments.
The project aims to create a modern business center with high visibility along I-10, which could enhance local economic prospects. The shift to planned area development (PAD) reflects community feedback and planning goals.
