CATL and Sunwoda Launch New Energy Subsidiaries in Sichuan and Beijing
CATL and Sunwoda have established new subsidiaries in Sichuan and Beijing, focusing on energy storage, battery manufacturing, and related services. CATL's Kangding Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd. in Sichuan aims to leverage local resources, while Sunwoda's Beijing entity has a registered capital of 300 million RMB, targeting battery manufacturing and electric vehicle infrastructure.

CATL and Sunwoda have launched new subsidiaries in Sichuan and Beijing to enhance their energy-related operations. On March 19, CATL's Kangding Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in Western Sichuan with a registered capital of 10 million RMB, focusing on R&D in energy technologies and energy storage services.
This region's rich hydropower and lithium resources position it as a strategic hub for clean energy. Meanwhile, on March 18, Sunwoda incorporated Beijing Sunwoda New Energy Co., Ltd. with a capital of 300 million RMB, focusing on battery manufacturing and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, complementing its existing operations in energy storage and battery sales.
