Caturus Accelerates Growth with Key Executive and Board Appointments in LNG Sector

HYDROGENCARBON CAPTURE

Caturus, an emerging force in the integrated natural gas and LNG sector, has made strategic strides with pivotal executive and board appointments aimed at reinforcing its commitment to delivering responsibly sourced, low-emission fuels. The company has welcomed Tim Wyatt as the new President of LNG and Gas Marketing, joining a team led by CEO Dave Lawler. Wyatt’s extensive experience in the energy industry positions him as a valuable asset as Caturus endeavors to establish itself as a leading integrated gas company with its innovative wellhead-to-water strategy.

In addition to Wyatt, the appointment of Markus Droll, a former executive vice president at Shell, to the board of directors marks a significant enhancement to Caturus's leadership. Droll brings decades of expertise in project delivery and operational knowledge, particularly in capital projects across various sectors, including integrated gas and low-carbon technologies. His insights will be instrumental as Caturus aims to scale its operations and accelerate its transition to sustainable energy solutions.

The board also welcomes industry veterans Mike Stice and Jonty Shepard, further enriching Caturus's leadership pool. Chairman Ben Dell expressed confidence that this esteemed group of leaders will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s future as it continues to innovate and expand its market presence.

With the recent formation of Caturus, which includes the operational arm formerly known as Kimmeridge Texas Gas and the Commonwealth LNG export terminal project, the company is poised to become a dominant player in the U.S. energy landscape. As it embarks on this journey, Caturus remains committed to providing reliable and environmentally conscious natural gas solutions for both domestic and international markets.
