Additionally, in a separate case, Franklin Citizens for Responsible Development, Inc. filed a complaint against the City of Franklin Planning and Zoning Commission in early April regarding a data center project. In Northern Kentucky, an undisclosed company has offered $26 million for approximately 900 acres for a data center campus near Maysville.
