The Government of Ceará signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ENBPar and Itaipu Parquetec to advance green hydrogen initiatives. The H2V-Education Pilot Plant will have an installed capacity of up to 300 kW, focusing on research, development, and professional training.

The project includes technological laboratories for practical training in hydrogen production and aims to enhance the renewable energy chain in the state. Future applications may include hydrogen technology in urban mobility, particularly in heavy vehicles and school buses.
