Ceará to Receive 15 Cargo Flights Monthly from China for TikTok Data Center
Ceará will host 15 cargo flights monthly from China starting April 2027, delivering tech equipment for a TikTok data center. The return flights aim to export local agribusiness products, optimizing logistical costs and creating a new export channel.

Starting April 2027, 15 cargo flights per month will arrive in Ceará from China, bringing equipment for the ByteDance TikTok data center. The facility will be the largest in Brazil, with a capacity of 200 MW and an investment exceeding R$ 200 billion.
To optimize logistics, the Ceará government plans to utilize the return flights for exporting local agribusiness products to China. This strategy aims to fill previously empty flights, benefiting sectors such as fruit and cashew production.
The data center's construction has progressed to the assembly phase, with completion expected by late 2026. The project is anticipated to create approximately 3,800 temporary jobs and 400 permanent positions.
