Ceará's Seplag Presents Strategic Projects to Ipece for Enhanced Public Policy Evaluation
The Ceará Planning and Management Secretariat (Seplag-CE) presented strategic projects to the Economic Research and Strategy Institute of Ceará (Ipece) to enhance collaboration on public policy evaluation. Key initiatives include the recruitment of 52 new positions, the establishment of executive secretariats, and the implementation of the Chief Scientist Program in partnership with Funcap. The Caravana Ceará Um Só project aims for digital transformation and has trained over 3,500 municipal officials. The government also highlighted advancements in digital services and budget management.

On February 4, Seplag-CE presented its strategic projects to Ipece, aiming to strengthen cooperation in public policy evaluation. The meeting emphasized advancements such as the recruitment of 52 personnel for the first contest in 18 years and the establishment of new executive secretariats.
Key projects include the Chief Scientist Program with Funcap, focusing on public governance and cybersecurity. The Caravana Ceará Um Só initiative has trained 3,517 local managers and formalized partnerships to aid in public service improvements. Other highlights include the Capta Ceará portal for resource acquisition and the establishment of an AI infrastructure to enhance government efficiency.
