White brings a contracted backlog of approximately $315 million and an identified pipeline of over $2.8 billion in opportunities, which includes several data center projects. This acquisition is expected to yield an annual gross profit contribution exceeding $20 million, consistent with Centuri's existing profit margins.
The integration aims to provide comprehensive solutions for complex construction projects and improve service delivery in power generation and data center markets. Centuri's financial targets remain unchanged despite recent earnings misses, reflecting ongoing strategic expansion.
