Century Lithium Raises C$7 Million; HIVE Digital Technologies Expands AI Capacity in Canada

Century Lithium Corp. has completed a C$7 million brokered private placement, issuing 14.89 million units to fund its lithium operations in Nevada. WW International saw its shares rise over 12% after reporting stronger-than-expected Q4 and full-year 2025 earnings, despite a year-over-year revenue decline.

HIVE Digital Technologies plans to quadruple its AI data center capacity in Canada via its BUZZ HPC unit in collaboration with Bell Canada. Graphene Manufacturing Group received US EPA approval for its THERMAL-XR graphene-based coating system to be sold in the U.S.

First Phosphate Corp. secured a $16.7 million non-repayable contribution from the Canadian government for its Bégin-Lamarche phosphate project in Québec. Coinsilium Group Limited invested $150,000 in Predictive Labs, acquiring a 5.52% stake, while Digi Power X Inc is expanding into AI infrastructure through its new subsidiary, US Data Centers Inc.
