Cerberus Capital Management to Invest in S+S Industries for Data Center Expansion
Cerberus Capital Management will strategically invest in S+S Industries, a Houston-based data center solutions provider. This investment aims to enhance S+S's operational capacity and address rising demand for digital infrastructure.

Cerberus Capital Management has formally agreed to invest in S+S Industries, a provider of critical components for data center infrastructure. The investment will occur in the second quarter of 2026, pending customary conditions, with the Andrews family retaining significant ownership.
The partnership seeks to expand S+S's manufacturing capabilities and explore adjacent electrification markets in response to increasing demand driven by cloud computing and AI workloads. This initiative highlights ongoing private equity interest in infrastructure businesses associated with data center growth, particularly in electrical systems and critical components.
Advisory roles were fulfilled by Lazard and J.P. Morgan for Cerberus, with Houlihan Lokey as financing arranger.
