Ceres and Centrica Form Strategic Partnership for Multi-GW On-Site Power Solutions in the UK and Europe
Ceres Power Holdings and Centrica have partnered to deploy solid oxide power solutions to meet growing energy demand in the UK and Europe. The collaboration aims to provide high-efficiency, low-carbon, on-site power to commercial and industrial customers, addressing electricity grid connection delays. Ceres will assist Centrica in project origination, installation, and maintenance, while exploring the integration of its SOEC technology for nuclear-enabled green hydrogen production.

Ceres Power Holdings has entered a strategic partnership with Centrica to deploy solid oxide power solutions to meet multi-gigawatt demand from industrial customers in the UK and Europe. This collaboration will provide high-efficiency, low-carbon, grid-independent on-site power that can be deployed faster than traditional methods.
Ceres will support Centrica in service expansion, project origination, and lifecycle solutions, while exploring SOEC technology for green hydrogen production. Centrica's gas and power trading capabilities will enhance customer offerings by integrating technology, fuel supply, and structured energy contracts.
