On January 16, 2025, Chad's Ministry of Higher Education signed cooperation agreements with IRD (France) and Aix-Marseille University. The agreements include a framework for scientific cooperation with IRD and international cooperation involving N'Djamena University and CNRD.

The tripartite protocol aims to enhance research capabilities in Chadian universities, providing 2,000 printed books and over 300,000 digital documents. It also includes partnerships for scientific and professional exchanges and introduces the DataCenter project to improve access to CNRD's digital library for other institutions under the ministry.
