Firefighters battled flames for over two hours, utilizing approximately 80,000 liters of water to extinguish a fire involving breached hydrogen tanks. The Chief Fire Officer indicated that an exothermic reaction in a chemical reactor likely caused the explosion, which also resulted in secondary fires. The incident underscores significant safety concerns in chemical manufacturing environments, particularly involving volatile substances like hydrogen.
