Chilean Cobalt Starts Earn-In Work Program at NeoRe Rare Earth Project in Southern Chile
Chilean Cobalt Corp. has commenced its initial work program at the NeoRe Rare Earth Project in Southern Chile under a binding earn-in agreement. The program includes geological assessments and drilling, with preliminary results indicating promising rare earth signatures. NeoRe has expanded its exploration area to nearly 5,750 hectares and received funding from Corfo for rare earth technology development. The completion of the work program may allow Chilean Cobalt to acquire 100% of NeoRe, with initial production targeted for mid-2027.

Chilean Cobalt Corp. has started the initial work program at the NeoRe Rare Earth Project in Southern Chile, following a binding earn-in agreement with NeoRe SpA. This phase involves geological evaluations and drilling, with the first 60 meters completed and positive preliminary results for Total Rare Earth Element signatures.
NeoRe expanded its exploration area to approximately 5,750 hectares and secured about $4 million from Corfo for developing sustainable rare earth extraction technologies. If successful, Chilean Cobalt may acquire 100% of NeoRe, with an initial production target set for mid-2027. Engagements with processing and offtake partners are ongoing to support future development.
