Guohua Investment Guohua (Cangzhou) Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. has publicly tendered for the preliminary design of the Cangzhou Green Hydrogen & Green Ammonia Phase II electrolysis hydrogen production system. This project, situated in Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebei Province, spans 249 mu (about 16.9 hectares).

The design includes a 13000 Nm³/h electrolytic water hydrogen production system, a 3000 t/h circulating water unit, and a 35kV substation. The project aims to enhance the existing hydrogen production capabilities of the completed first phase, which produces 50,000 tons of green ammonia annually, and is scheduled for completion by December 30, 2028.
