The Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) received a silver and two bronze awards at the Indonesia Social Responsibility Awards (ISRA) 2026 for its CSR initiatives focused on economic empowerment, healthcare, and education. Since its establishment in 2013, IMIP has developed a large industrial cluster in Indonesia, utilizing local nickel resources and creating almost 100,000 jobs across a 4,000-hectare area.
The ISRA event, held in Surakarta, Central Java, recognizes contributions to social responsibility and sustainable development across various categories. The accolades may enhance IMIP's reputation and attract further investment in the region, indicating a positive shift towards responsible industrial practices.
