China's Daily Integrated Circuit Production Exceeds 1.5 Billion Units
China's integrated circuit output has reached over 1.5 billion units per day, reflecting accelerated industrial transformation. This growth is driven by advancements in clean energy and battery technologies, indicating a strengthening position in these sectors.

China's average daily production of integrated circuits surpassed 1.5 billion units in the first half of the year, as reported by the National Bureau of Statistics on July 15. The push towards clean energy has significantly increased nuclear and hydropower production by 92% and 51.9% year-on-year, respectively.
Additionally, the rise in demand for new energy vehicles and energy storage systems has led to a 39.3% increase in lithium-ion battery production. These developments highlight China's competitive advantages in new energy, materials, and eco-friendly equipment, which are crucial for its economic transition. The growing industrial capabilities pose both opportunities and challenges for global competitors.
