CIG and ml&s Group Launch Joint Venture for High-Speed Optical Module Manufacturing in Dallas
Cambridge Industries Group (CIG) and ml&s Group have formed a Joint Venture (JV) in Dallas to enhance production of high-speed optical modules and Near-Packaged Optics (NPO) solutions. The JV, with an initial investment of USD 30 million, aims to satisfy increasing demand for 800G and 1.6T technologies. It will integrate Swiss engineering expertise with large-scale manufacturing in Mexico, creating a robust supply chain for data center and AI infrastructure.
