Clean Air Metals and Springbok Ventures Announce Amalgamation for Critical Minerals Development
Clean Air Metals and Springbok Ventures are entering a strategic business combination to enhance their critical minerals platform in Ontario. The transaction includes a minimum C$5 million financing and aims to advance the Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals Project and the Maude Lake Property.

On July 31, 2026, Clean Air Metals and Springbok Ventures signed an amalgamation agreement, creating a new entity focused on critical minerals in Canada. The deal is subject to shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approvals.
Following the amalgamation, Clean Air will consolidate its shares and rename the resulting issuer to 'Dante Metals Corp.' The collaboration will leverage the Fiore Group's expertise to advance the Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals Project and the Maude Lake Property, which Springbok is acquiring.
The strategic partnership aims to capitalize on increasing demand for platinum group metals and enhance relationships with Indigenous communities. This transaction may position the resulting issuer favorably to meet North America's critical minerals needs.
