His appointment comes as Cloud Carib expands its operations in the Caribbean and Latin America, including developing sovereign data center pods in Bermuda, Curaçao, and Guyana. Blackburn is expected to enhance Cloud Carib’s strategic insight and governance. The company is committed to providing secure, compliant cloud services and has previously partnered with Blue NAP Americas and Gaia-X to promote data sovereignty in the region.
