Collard Contracting Completes Office Demolition Project in Slough

Collard Contracting has completed a demolition project on Slough Trading Estate, covering approximately 8,500 m². As the principal contractor, the company managed site safety and coordination, achieving a 98% recycling rate of demolition materials.

The project involved demolishing the office building while retaining existing vegetation and car parking areas, and protecting a live substation. To minimize environmental impact, reusable plastic hoarding and V-Mesh fencing were utilized. Dust suppression measures were implemented, supported by monitoring stations to ensure compliance with environmental standards, particularly due to the proximity of sensitive operations.
