Collins Contractors Begins Roof Replacement at Lewisham Fire Station for London Fire Brigade
Collins Contractors has commenced a roof replacement project at Lewisham Fire Station, which has been serving the community since 1967. The project, directed by the London Fire Brigade, involves replacing the coverings of 14 roofs with new liquid applied materials, upgrading insulation according to Bauder specifications, and conducting extensive mechanical and electrical works.

Collins Contractors has initiated the Roof Replacement Project at Lewisham Fire Station, which has been operational since 1967. The fire station addresses various incidents including fires, flooding, and road traffic collisions, and is equipped with a pump ladder fire engine and a Fire Rescue Command Unit.
Under the direction of the London Fire Brigade (LFB), Collins will replace the roof coverings of 14 roofs with new liquid applied coverings and upgrade insulation per Bauder specifications. The project will also involve extensive mechanical and electrical works to validate and reinstate upon completion.
