Cologix has acquired 38 acres on Beaumeade Circle in Ashburn, Virginia, enhancing its infrastructure in a key data center market. This site will become a state-of-the-art interconnection hub designed for AI-scale networking, with an initial power capacity of 85 MW and the potential for over 300 MW expansion.

Preliminary planning is expected to start around 2030. The acquisition aligns with Cologix's long-term strategy to support evolving needs in hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise sectors while reinforcing its presence in Loudoun County, known for its fiber-dense infrastructure.
