The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) has issued $5.2 million in grants to technology providers focused on reducing industrial emissions as part of its Clean Air Program. This initiative supports technologies for carbon management, methane detection, and electrification, contributing to Colorado's goal of a 20% emissions reduction by 2030.

To date, over $29.3 million has been allocated for industrial decarbonisation projects, including $20.6 million in CAP funding. The recent funding round shifts focus to technology providers rather than specific facilities, prioritizing projects based on air quality impact and innovation. Crew Carbon received a $2.3 million grant for a carbon storage project at a wastewater treatment facility.
