Comet Lithium Corporation completed the sale of its Ducran property to IAMGOLD for $1,250,000 on February 18, 2026. The Ducran property, located in the Chapais-Chibougamau mining camp of Québec, includes 49 mining claims over 2,700 hectares.

The sale involved a cash payment of $120,000 to the original vendor and confirmed the standing of an existing royalty. Comet Lithium will redirect the proceeds to support the Pollux project, which has shown promising exploration results in lithium-cesium-tantalum mineralization. The project has been renamed from Elmer East to Pollux to emphasize its significance.
