The newly completed PINN River School will provide specialized education for students with severe learning difficulties, addressing a critical need in Hillingdon. This 180-place facility is set to enhance local educational resources for children aged four to 19 with complex additional needs.

The PINN River School, a 180-place institution for students with severe learning difficulties, has been completed by Kier and is managed by the Eden Academy Trust. Located on the former Grangewood School site in Eastcote, the facility includes specialized spaces such as activity areas, learning hubs, life skills rooms, rebound therapy, and a hydro pool.
The project also involved the installation of a new substation to support both PINN River School and the adjacent Coteford Junior School. Funded by the Department for Education, this school aims to provide essential services for children and young people with complex needs in Hillingdon.
