Construye Industrial has launched Kaizen City, the largest private industrial park in Bajío, designed for advanced manufacturing and logistics. The project integrates two developments and has received the Hecho en México designation, facilitating investment and infrastructure access.

Kaizen City offers lease-to-own options and is attracting logistics and aerospace firms, bolstered by proximity to the airport. It holds LEED Platinum certification and operates its own substation with plans to double energy capacity by 2028. Concurrently, Hidalgo state is investing over MX$21 million in industrial infrastructure, with significant additional funding planned for 2026.
