Conversion Plans Approved for Former St John Ambulance Hall and Other Properties in Ammanford and Llandeilo
Plans have been approved for the conversion of various properties in Ammanford and Llandeilo, including the former St John Ambulance Hall into a beauty salon and the addition of shared accommodation units. These developments must begin within five years and adhere to approved plans, including requirements for environmental assessments and specific landscaping measures.

The former St John Ambulance Hall in Ammanford will be converted into a beauty salon with internal changes limited to painting. Existing parking will remain. Plans include nine shared accommodation units, with two self-contained for short-term use, requiring a preliminary contamination assessment.
An outbuilding in Ffairfach, Llandeilo will be converted into ancillary accommodation. A home extension on Wern Ddu Road has been approved, necessitating bat and bird boxes installation and a lighting plan.
A new substation and battery storage will be developed at LSN Diffusion in Llandybie, supporting a solar panel installation. All work must start within five years and follow approved plans.
