Copper Quest Exploration Inc. has acquired a 100% interest in the Kitimat Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, exercising an option under an agreement with Bernie Kreft. The project spans approximately 2,954 hectares and is located about 10 kilometers northwest of Kitimat.

It features year-round road access and is well-supported by infrastructure including proximity to tidewater, rail, and hydroelectric lines. The project is part of the Stikine Terrane, known for hosting porphyry copper-gold systems.

Historical exploration, notably by Decade Resources Ltd. in 2010, identified significant near-surface copper-gold mineralization in the Jeannette Zone. Copper Quest issued 2,000,000 common shares to Kreft as part of the acquisition, which includes a 2.5% net smelter return royalty. The company aims to enhance shareholder value through strategic acquisitions and exploration, positioning itself in a critical copper supply landscape.
