Coralia Joins Data Centres Australia to Promote Sustainable Data Centre Development

CARBON CAPTUREDATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Coralia, a subsidiary of Noviqtech, has joined Data Centres Australia (DCA) as an affiliate member to advance sustainable data centre initiatives. DCA seeks to position Australia as a leader in AI infrastructure investment and data centre development.

Coralia aims to partner in sustainable construction and carbon removal, utilizing its biochar platform to lower emissions in cement production. The company has engaged TFA Project Group for the Great Barrier Reef Biochar Project, which plans to convert 2 million tonnes of biomass into biochar, sequestering approximately 550,000 tonnes of CO2. This initiative supports the reduction of embodied carbon in concrete used in data centres.
