CoreSite, through an affiliate, has acquired three tech buildings in Santa Clara for $100 million from GI Partners, which previously purchased them for $79 million in 2021. The properties, located at 2805 and 2855 Bowers Ave., and 2710 Walsh Ave., indicate a 26.6% increase in value.
