Corinth Pipeworks has acquired LIBERTY Pipes, securing the future of the Hartlepool-based company and positioning it for new growth opportunities. The sale is designed to maintain production, protect jobs, and maximize asset value in Teesside.
Recently, LIBERTY Pipes completed a significant order for the NZT/NEP Teesside carbon cluster project, producing 105 kilometers of steel pipe. The company is actively engaged in projects related to carbon capture, hydrogen infrastructure, LNG, and oil and gas across the UK, EU, Americas, Middle East, and Asia. The acquisition aims to leverage Corinth's expertise in tackling complex projects and enhance production capabilities.
