Crane Worldwide Logistics signed a 992K square foot lease in McCook, Illinois, to operate in partnership with Amazon for storing data center equipment. The lease is located at 9130 W. 55th St. and supports Amazon Web Services as the company expands its data center presence in the Midwest, including a $15B project in Indiana.

The site was developed by Bridge Industrial, which purchased it for about $91M in 2021, and includes a smaller 190K SF building. The demand for large industrial spaces in the Chicago area has increased, with several significant leases recorded in 2026. JLL represented Crane in the deal, while Colliers represented Bridge.
