Create Energy has acquired key assets from Graze, Inc., a former developer of autonomous mowing technology. This integration aims to enhance Create Energy's Plant Wide Controller (PWC) network within its 'ON TRACK' ecosystem, which includes various solar asset management tools. The acquisition is expected to simplify energy infrastructure projects and improve automation. Graze had ceased operations in 2025 after reporting significant losses and no revenues since its inception.
