Create Energy announced the acquisition of key assets from Graze, Inc., a company that developed autonomous mowing equipment for the solar and landscaping sectors. The integration will enhance Create Energy's Plant Wide Controller (PWC) network within its 'ON TRACK' ecosystem, which consists of solar management tools including EBOS, battery storage, and inverters.

The acquisition aims to streamline energy infrastructure projects, reducing operational risks and improving performance. Graze ceased operations in 2025 following substantial financial losses and a lack of revenue, leading to asset liquidation.
